Welcome to AI Image and Video Generator ("we," "our," or "us"). Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our mobile application to generate images and videos.

1. No User Accounts or Sign-Up

We believe in absolute friction-free privacy.

  • You are not required to create an account, sign up, or provide any personal information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) to use our application.

2. Data Processing and Vertex AI

To provide our core features (Prompt-to-Image and Prompt-to-Video generation), we utilize Google Cloud's Vertex AI infrastructure.

  • Prompts: The text prompts you enter are transmitted securely to Vertex AI API endpoints solely to generate the requested image or video.

  • No Retaining: We do not store, monitor, or collect your text prompts or the resulting media on our own servers.

3. Local Storage (On-Device)

Your privacy is fully under your control:

  • All generated images and videos are saved directly to your local device storage.

  • We do not have access to your device’s gallery, nor do we host your generated content on any cloud database. If you delete the app or clear its data, your generated media remains on your device (in your gallery/storage) but any in-app history will be lost.

4. Device Permissions

To function correctly, the app may request:

  • Storage/Gallery Permission: Required strictly to save the generated images and videos directly to your device.

5. Third-Party Services

While we do not collect your data, we use Google Vertex AI for backend generation. Google’s processing of data sent via API is governed by Google Cloud’s strict data privacy and security terms. We do not sell, trade, or share any user interactions with third-party advertisers.
